1. Core conclusions

Decision reference: 🟡 Neutral

The four-dimension total is +2, giving a base tier of “Moderately Positive”. Two risk signals were triggered (a valuation model dimension is overvalued / deeply_overvalued; fundamental growth or cash flow has deteriorated / cash conversion metrics have deteriorated), so under the rules the rating is lowered by one tier to “Neutral”.

These valuation states refer to the model’s overvalued and deeply overvalued ranges; they are not forecasts of the share price or trading signals.

The most important tension right now: operating growth is accelerating, but free cash flow and cash conversion are under pressure.

  • Fundamentals model: 81, strong, improving overall. Second-quarter revenue grew 24.23% year over year and operating profit grew 30.38%, so growth is not showing up only in net income.
  • Technical model: 61.3, neutral. Short- and medium-term trends are bullish and the long-term trend is neutral; momentum has improved, but volume-price confirmation and relative strength have not strengthened alongside it.
  • Valuation model: 52.4, fair_value (the model’s middle range, composite score 40–60). This is only the model’s band and does not mean the stock is “fairly priced”; earnings multiples, cash flow multiples and historical percentiles diverge clearly.
  • Main constraint: second-quarter free cash flow turned from positive to negative, and TTM operating cash flow / net income fell from 1.157 to 0.760. At the same time, unusually strong net income growth led the model to judge PEG unreliable.

Data-based interpretation: The key question for GOOG is not only whether AI products attract users, but whether this spending keeps turning into operating profit and cash the company can use. The next earnings report especially needs to confirm capital expenditure, expense growth and cash conversion, rather than just EPS growth.

2. Fundamentals

2.1 Business structure and focus of this analysis

Alphabet’s platform businesses include:

SegmentMain contentFocus of this review
Google ServicesSearch and advertising, YouTube, Android, Chrome, Google Play, devices and subscriptionsWhether core business growth can cover AI-related spending
Google CloudCloud computing, AI infrastructure, Vertex AI, Gemini enterprise solutionsWhether contracted demand turns into revenue, profit and cash
Other BetsOther exploratory businessesNot enough segment financial data was obtained; no quantitative judgment

Complete segment revenue, segment profit and the separate growth rates of Search advertising, YouTube and Cloud were not obtained in this review, so this report cannot say how much of the growth each segment contributed. The financial analysis below mainly uses consolidated figures.

2.2 Latest quarter: strong growth, but net income must be read separately from core profit

Amounts are in US$ billions; EPS is in US$ per share.

MetricQ2 2026Q2 2025YoY change
Revenue119.79696.428+24.23%
Operating profit40.77031.271+30.38%
Consolidated net income112.19328.196+297.90%
GAAP diluted EPS, as reported9.112.31—
Operating cash flow39.06927.747+40.80%
Free cash flow−5.855+5.301Turned negative, down 11.156

The company’s second-quarter earnings release on July 22 also reported the revenue and operating profit figures above. (Q2 earnings release)

Two things need to be kept apart:

  1. Core operations did grow. Revenue growth rose from 21.79% year over year in the first quarter to 24.23% in the second quarter; operating profit growth rose from 29.70% to 30.38%.
  2. Net income growth cannot be equated with core profit growth. Second-quarter net income was far above operating profit, and the valuation model therefore flags that EPS growth may be affected by one-off, non-operating gains or base effects. The full breakdown of earnings was not obtained in this review, so this report does not guess the specific source and does not extrapolate high net income growth into the future.

2.3 TTM profit and cash flow

Trailing twelve months ended June 30, 2026:

MetricValue
RevenueUS$445.866 billion
Operating profitUS$147.628 billion
Consolidated net incomeUS$244.205 billion
EBITDAUS$173.410 billion
Operating cash flowUS$185.675 billion
Capital expenditureUS$132.402 billion
Free cash flowUS$53.273 billion
Operating margin33.11%
Free cash flow margin11.95%

EBITDA is calculated as SEC operating profit plus depreciation and amortization and excludes non-operating gains.

Cash flow is the part of this analysis that needs the most attention:

  • TTM free cash flow fell 20.16% year over year.
  • TTM free cash flow margin fell from 17.97% a year earlier to 11.95%.
  • TTM operating cash flow / net income fell from 1.157 to 0.760.
  • Second-quarter capital expenditure of US$44.924 billion exceeded operating cash flow of US$39.069 billion, making free cash flow negative for the quarter.

This does not mean the company lacks liquidity, but it shows that profit growth and free cash flow growth are not moving together. The unusual growth in net income, the denominator, also affects how the cash conversion ratio should be read; the ratio alone does not show that operating cash flow itself is falling.

2.4 Financial health and the fundamentals model

As of June 30, 2026:

  • Cash and short-term investments: US$242.474 billion.
  • Interest-bearing borrowings: US$100.164 billion, excluding lease liabilities.
  • Net debt: −US$142.310 billion, i.e. a net cash position on this basis.
  • Current ratio: 2.72x.
  • Debt / equity: 15.64%. The equity denominator here is total equity including non-controlling interests.
Fundamentals dimensionScoreModel stateTrend
Profitability100.0strongImproving
Growth88.6strongImproving
Operating efficiency56.4fairStable
Cash flow60.0goodDeteriorating
Solvency99.8strongImproving
Overall81.0strongImproving

“Cash flow deteriorating” here is a dimension-level model conclusion and does not mean overall fundamentals are deteriorating; the growth dimension is still improving.

3. Technical

Composite score 61.3, model label neutral; coverage 100%. The main support comes from trend and momentum; the main constraints are relative strength and weak volume-price confirmation.

3.1 Trend and price structure

HorizonModel scoreRaw label
Short term69.0bullish
Medium term71.0bullish
Long term62.0neutral
Trend dimension overall66.9bullish

The reference price on October 13 was US$349.52. The price is above the 50-day moving average of US$342.78 and the 200-day moving average of US$338.72, but slightly below the 100-day moving average of US$349.62.

This price structure helps explain the trend, but it does not turn the long-term submodel’s neutral into a long-term bullish view.

3.2 Momentum, volume-price and relative performance

  • Momentum: 89, bullish. RSI is 57.41, flagged normal by the model; MACD is 1.85 with a signal line of 0.74 and a positive histogram, and the model signal is bullish.
  • Stochastic: K is 77.21, flagged normal by the model; it should not be read as an overbought sell signal.
  • ADX: 19.44, +DI 27.71, −DI 13.20. Direction leans toward buyers, but trend strength is still limited; direction alone does not mean a strong trend has formed.
  • Volume-price: 58, neutral. Volume was about 0.87x the 20-day average; the model rates volume as normal and trend confirmation as neutral, with no distribution flag.
  • Relative strength: 40.2, bearish. The model shows the stock lagging both SPY and QQQ, which is a key reason the composite technical state did not reach bullish.
  • Risk: normal, risk score 60; no technical divergence detected.

Technical summary: Short- and medium-term trend and momentum are supportive, but the long-term trend, relative performance and volume have not yet confirmed together, so the composite conclusion remains neutral. MACD alone is not enough to call a broad strengthening.

4. Valuation

Raw composite score: 52.4. Raw state: fair_value, the model’s middle range. Actual coverage: 5/6 dimensions, 83.3%; 13/14 metrics. Price date: October 13, 2026; financial period end: June 30, 2026; calculation date: October 14, 2026.

Peer-relative valuation is not included, so this is not a full six-dimension valuation. No peers were specified, and this review did not choose companies to add on its own.

4.1 The five covered dimensions

DimensionScoreRaw state and meaningMain raw metrics
Earnings valuation70.0undervalued, model undervalued rangeP/E 17.55x; earnings yield 5.71%
Cash flow valuation35.0overvalued, model overvalued rangeMarket cap / free cash flow 80.24x; free cash flow yield 1.25%; market cap / operating cash flow 23.02x
Enterprise value valuation25.0overvalued, model overvalued rangeEV/EBITDA 23.83x; EV/revenue 9.27x; EV/free cash flow 77.57x
Growth-adjusted valuation100.0deeply_undervalued, model deeply undervalued rangePrice-to-sales to revenue growth ratio 0.4782
Historical valuation32.0overvalued, model overvalued rangePrice-to-sales at the 95th historical percentile; EV/EBITDA at the 81.8th percentile

No single multiple can be picked out as the conclusion. The earnings dimension gives a different state from the cash flow, enterprise value and historical dimensions; the overall 52.4 keeps this divergence rather than removing it.

P/E is affected by the same non-operating gains. Both P/E and earnings yield are based on net income, and second-quarter and TTM net income are well above operating profit (see 2.2 and 2.3). PEG was excluded from scoring for this reason, but P/E still counts at face value in the earnings valuation dimension, so that dimension’s “undervalued” band should be read with caution and not used on its own as evidence that the stock is cheap.

4.2 Why PEG cannot be used as evidence of undervaluation

The platform returned a PEG of 0.1561 but explicitly judged it unreliable and excluded it from scoring, because:

  • EPS growth is abnormally high;
  • net income exceeds operating profit;
  • EPS growth diverges sharply from revenue growth.

The growth-adjusted dimension’s score of 100 actually comes from the price-to-sales to revenue growth ratio, not PEG. The revenue growth used is TTM year-over-year growth of 20.05% as of June 30, 2026, not the second quarter’s 24.23%.

These are raw model results; they cannot be turned into a price target, a buy range or a forecast of future gains.

4.3 Historical percentiles and basis limits

MetricCurrent multipleHistorical percentileValid quarters
P/E17.55x25.0%20
Price-to-sales9.59x95.0%20
Price-to-book6.87x70.0%20
EV/EBITDA23.83x81.8%11
  • The historical analysis rebuilds the multiple distribution from quarter-end closing prices paired with that quarter’s financials, without adjusting for the actual filing date, so it is not a strict point-in-time backtest.
  • In the historical valuation, share counts for 6 quarters come from Yahoo as a supplement, not from SEC filings, and may differ slightly from SEC weighted share counts.
  • The price-to-book denominator is equity attributable to the parent of US$622.457 billion, which differs from the total equity including non-controlling interests used for debt / equity; the two bases should not be mixed.
  • P/E uses price / diluted EPS; earnings yield uses net income / current market cap. The two bases differ slightly and are not substituted for each other here.

5. News and catalysts

5.1 SEC filings and company announcements

  1. Second-quarter results: disclosed fact. The most recent earnings 8-K was filed on July 22; revenue, operating profit, Gemini usage and other figures come from its earnings exhibit. The filing list for the last 30 days returned no new 8-K or periodic report, which does not mean the company has had no other public developments. (Q2 earnings release)

  2. Third-quarter earnings call: verified by web search. On October 6 the company announced its third-quarter earnings call for October 28 at 4:30 p.m. ET. This source is the company announcement found in this search, not a return from the platform’s IR feed. (Earnings call announcement)

  3. Insider transactions: not read as bearish. There were 44 filings in the 90-day window, 20 of which were parsed, so the data is truncated. The parsed portion contains only one open-market sale, worth US$28,257.35, made under a pre-arranged 10b5-1 plan. This sample cannot represent the direction of all insider transactions.

  4. The company IR feed returned no usable data this time. This is only a missing source and does not mean the company has made no announcements.

5.2 News leads

Date / search timeEvent leadSource and evidence limits
Searched October 14Search results mention the broad release of Gemini 4 Argon and Gemini’s expansion into WorkspaceSearch snippet; original announcement date not independently verified; number of independent publishers not provided; not verified against filings
October 13A news summary says Alphabet and Unity announced Unity Spark, an AI game-creation platform planned for later in 2026source_kind=aggregator_only; 1 publishing channel, 0 independent publishers; content_level=summary
October 13A headline discusses AI spending forecasts and cash concernssource_kind=aggregator_only; 1 publishing channel, 0 independent publishers; content_level=headline_only; headline figures are not treated as company guidance
Searched October 14Aggregator pages show securities class action and law-firm investor solicitation noticesSearch aggregation and notice leads only; no court ruling or evidence of material financial impact was obtained, so this cannot be described as the company having lost a case

Gemini information comes from Yahoo search snippets and a Benzinga article; this week’s searches did not produce enough original evidence to conclude that any event has had a material financial impact. (Yahoo search results)(Workspace coverage)

The Unity platform lead is restated only from the news summary; no matching record was found in the SEC materials for this review. (Unity platform coverage)

The AI spending headline and the securities litigation aggregation are not used as new financial facts or as grounds for changing model scores. (AI spending headline)(Litigation aggregation)

5.3 Analyst views

All of the following are third-party views, not company guidance or a price target from this report.

  • Ratings: Finnhub’s monthly summary as of September 1, 43 days before the search date; of 70 analysts, 20 rate Strong Buy, 43 Buy and 7 Hold. The average rating is 4.186 and the direction is stable. The source audit status is a warning and the rating distribution may lag, so it cannot be called the “latest ratings”.
  • Price targets: current snapshot with no statistical date; mean US$420.36, median US$425, range US$340–485. The platform puts the mean’s upside versus the reference price at 20.27%, using Finnhub’s October 13 reference price of US$349.52; the number of analysts in the price target sample is unknown.
  • Revisions: 4 events from 3 firms in the 90-day window; 1 price target increase from 1 firm and 2 decreases from 2 firms. The most recent record is October 8, 6 days before the search date.
  • Estimates: current-quarter consensus revenue of US$127.500 billion and consensus EPS of US$3.03688, both current snapshots with no statistical date. Analyst-adjusted second-quarter actual EPS was US$2.85, about 4.36% below their estimate. It is less than a third of SEC GAAP EPS of US$9.11; the gap most likely reflects analysts excluding the non-operating gains (inference), and the two figures must not be mixed.

5.4 Catalyst chain

  • Gemini usage has been disclosed → wider enterprise and consumer adoption (inference) → this could support revenue and operating profit only if paid usage, cloud consumption or advertising monetization rise with it (inference).
  • RPO growth has been disclosed → a larger backlog of contracted revenue (inference) → the actual financial contribution depends on fulfillment, recognition timing and cost (inference); RPO cannot be counted directly as next quarter’s revenue.
  • The October 28 earnings call has been announced → new disclosures will update growth and capital expenditure information (inference) → this may affect the market’s view of cash flow and valuation (inference); no direction is predicted.

6. Market environment

Benchmark: the stock is a Nasdaq 100 constituent, so the Nasdaq 100 (QQQ) is used.

Valid market data runs through October 13; the model analysis date is October 14.

DimensionModel result
Composite73, Bullish
Trend90
Momentum55
Volatility70, low-volatility state
Market breadth57
Share of constituents above the 50-day moving average44.55%
VolumeNormal, relative volume 1.05x
Fund flowsNeutral
Market phaseTrending bull market

Note: breadth is not included in the composite score, and the market phase does not count toward it either. A Bullish composite therefore does not mean all constituents are strengthening together, and it does not override the fact that GOOG itself is lagging QQQ.

Market background relevant to GOOG over the last two days:

  • Monetary policy: 17 items in the topic summary; an October 14 headline says markets are waiting for inflation data and the central bank is on hold. Background only. (Monetary policy background)
  • Inflation: 14 items in the topic summary; an October 14 headline mentions markets waiting for CPI after a chip sell-off. This is not used to forecast the data or GOOG’s moves. (Inflation background)
  • AI sector: 10 items in the topic summary; an October 13 headline mentions pressure on chip stocks and concerns about AI spending. Its link to GOOG’s cash flow question is an inference. (AI sector background)

These counts only show how much a topic is being discussed, not whether it is positive or negative; all cited items are headlines only and cannot be expanded into confirmed macro conclusions.

7. Cross-validation

Four-dimension direction: positive: fundamentals, market environment; neutral: technical, valuation; negative: none. 2 risk signals (a valuation model dimension is overvalued / deeply_overvalued; fundamental growth or cash flow has deteriorated / cash conversion metrics have deteriorated), the same result as in Section 10.

Further checks:

  1. Growth versus cash flow: revenue and operating profit growth accelerated, but quarterly free cash flow turned negative; an overall strong fundamentals rating and a deteriorating cash flow dimension can both hold.
  2. Earnings valuation versus cash valuation: P/E is 17.55x while market cap / free cash flow is 80.24x; the model places earnings valuation in the undervalued band and cash flow valuation in the overvalued band, and neither side should be quoted alone. A large part of this gap comes from the non-operating gains in net income, which push P/E down, while free cash flow is not affected by them.
  3. Momentum versus relative strength: momentum is bullish, but the stock lags SPY and QQQ; the composite technical state remains neutral. Short and medium term are bullish and long term is neutral, consistent with Section 3.
  4. The market and the stock are not in the same state: QQQ’s Bullish composite provides market background, but it is not evidence that GOOG’s technical model has turned bullish.
  5. Dates and units: the financial period end and the price date are 105 days apart and cannot be described as a single-day combined state; debt / equity of 0.1564x and 15.64% differ only in units, which has been explained and is not a conflict.

8. Main risks

The following is a narrative list of risks and does not add to the model’s risk signal count.

  1. Capital expenditure is weighing on free cash flow. Second-quarter capital expenditure of US$44.924 billion exceeded operating cash flow; if this gap persists, profit growth may not translate into cash accumulation.
  2. Cash conversion is falling. TTM operating cash flow / net income fell from 1.157 to 0.760, and free cash flow margin fell from 17.97% to 11.95%; unusual net income growth also affects the ratio, so the causes need to be separated.
  3. The sustainability of net income and EPS is unclear. Net income is well above operating profit, and the model excluded PEG from scoring; the full breakdown of earnings was not obtained, so high growth is not treated as sustainable core growth.
  4. Expenses are growing faster than revenue. Second-quarter R&D expense rose 31.95% year over year; R&D, sales and marketing, and general and administrative expenses combined rose 26.67%, above revenue growth of 24.23%, which may pressure margins later.
  5. Valuation sub-dimensions diverge. Cash flow, enterprise value and historical valuation are all in the model’s overvalued band; an overall middle range does not mean every valuation reference sits in the middle.
  6. Technical confirmation is lacking. Relative strength is bearish, the long-term trend is neutral and volume-price confirmation is neutral; improved momentum may not last.
  7. News evidence is limited. Product, spending and litigation leads include search snippets, reposts and headlines; no ruling against the company or evidence of material financial impact was obtained for the litigation, so it is not treated as a major negative fact.

9. What to watch next

9.2 Earnings review: key metrics to track

① Core growth: are revenue and operating profit still moving together?

Latest value and change: second-quarter revenue of US$119.796 billion, up 24.23% year over year; operating profit of US$40.770 billion, up 30.38%. The corresponding first-quarter growth rates were 21.79% and 29.70%. Why it matters: these reflect current operating growth more directly than net income, which is affected by unusual gains. What to look for in the next report: on October 28, if operating profit growth keeps pace with revenue growth, the expansion is still backed by profit; a clear gap would call for a closer look at expenses and business mix. Source and label: SEC quarterly financials and the July 22 earnings 8-K exhibit; disclosed fact. (Q2 earnings release)

② AI activity: Gemini users and API usage

Latest value and change: the second-quarter earnings release says the Gemini app has 950 million monthly active users and Gemini models process 22 billion API tokens per minute. No verifiable prior-year figures were obtained, so no growth rate is calculated. Why it matters: user reach and usage describe adoption, but they are not the same as paid revenue or profit. What to look for in the next report: continued usage growth together with disclosures on paid usage, cloud revenue or monetization would better confirm commercial conversion; usage growth alone is not enough. Source and label: company disclosure in the July 22 earnings 8-K exhibit, disclosed fact; the commercial-conversion judgment is an inference. (Q2 earnings release)

Latest value and change: total operating expenses (R&D, sales and marketing, and general and administrative only, excluding cost of revenue) rose from US$26.118 billion to US$33.083 billion, up 26.67% year over year and 2.44 percentage points faster than revenue. Among the disclosed expense lines, depreciation rose from US$4.998 billion to US$7.104 billion (+42.14%); stock-based compensation from US$5.998 billion to US$7.957 billion (+32.66%); and R&D from US$13.808 billion to US$18.219 billion (+31.95%). Why it matters: this expense growth may affect margins; depreciation and stock-based compensation are spread across different cost and expense lines and must not be added again to total operating expenses. What to look for in the next report: if expenses keep growing faster than revenue, check whether operating margin is under pressure; only if revenue covers the higher spending has the expansion not clearly weakened operating leverage. Source and label: taken from the release’s “three months ended June 30, 2026 vs. 2025” columns; year-over-year changes and totals are simple calculations by this report; the year-to-date columns were not mixed in. (Q2 earnings release)

④ Contract backlog: RPO and actual revenue conversion

Latest value and change: as of June 30, the RPO obtained by the platform was US$519.5 billion, up 380.13% year over year; it is not treated as Google Cloud revenue that can all be recognized next quarter. Why it matters: contract backlog and recognized revenue are different metrics; fulfillment timing and cost determine the actual contribution. What to look for in the next report: backlog growth accompanied by revenue, operating profit and cash flow conversion would better confirm demand quality; if conversion lags, watch fulfillment periods and the pace of spending. Source and label: platform SEC fundamentals data, reporting period June 30, 2026; the conversion judgment is an inference.

⑤ Cash conversion: can free cash flow improve?

Latest value and change: second-quarter operating cash flow was US$39.069 billion and capital expenditure US$44.924 billion; free cash flow went from +US$5.301 billion a year earlier to −US$5.855 billion, a decrease of US$11.156 billion; the TTM cash conversion ratio fell from 1.157 to 0.760. Why it matters: this ties directly to the pressure on cash flow valuation and is the key gap between current growth and cash available to shareholders. What to look for in the next report: if operating cash flow growth covers capital expenditure and cash conversion improves, this tension would ease; if it still cannot cover it, cash flow pressure needs continued tracking. Source and label: SEC quarterly and TTM cash flows, disclosed fact; the absolute change is a simple calculation.

10. Decision reference

10.1 Four-dimension assessment

  • Fundamentals: +1 (model state strong, score 81)
  • Technical: 0 (model state neutral, score 61.3)
  • Valuation: 0 (model state fair_value, score 52.4)
  • Market environment: +1 (model state Bullish, score 73, benchmark nasdaq100)

10.2 Base tier

1 + 0 + 0 + 1 = +2 → Moderately Positive

10.3 Risk adjustment

2 risk signals found:

  • A valuation model dimension is overvalued / deeply_overvalued: cash flow valuation dimension state overvalued (score 35); enterprise value valuation dimension state overvalued (score 25); historical valuation dimension state overvalued (score 32)
  • Fundamental growth or cash flow has deteriorated / cash conversion metrics have deteriorated: fundamentals cash_flow dimension trend = deteriorating; cash conversion ocf_to_net_income: 1.157 → 0.76 (trend = deteriorating, TTM year-over-year basis)

Moderately Positive → lowered one tier to Neutral

The first signal is based on valuation sub-dimensions, which differ from the overall valuation state in 10.1; the second is based on the cash flow dimension trend and the cash conversion metric, not the overall fundamentals state.

10.4 Final model interpretation

Strong overall fundamentals and a Bullish market environment provide support, giving a base tier of Moderately Positive; but changes in cash flow quality and the divergence among valuation sub-dimensions triggered two risk adjustments, so the final result is Neutral. Technicals have not yet confirmed across the board and overall valuation sits in the model’s middle range, so neither adds a positive four-dimension point.

11. Data notes

  • Sources and dates: prices from Finnhub, daily technical data from Massive; core financials from SEC, with a financial period end of June 30, 2026; the reference price and daily technical data are dated October 13. Analyst data comes from Finnhub and Yahoo; market quantitative data uses QQQ and Alpaca data.
  • Time-basis warning: “The modules mix dates of different kinds, spanning 105 days. The financial period end and the price date naturally differ, so each must be cited with its own date and they cannot be described as a single-day combined state.”
  • Model completeness: all four core models returned successfully with no missing core dimension; valuation covers only 5/6 dimensions, peer-relative valuation is not included, and PEG was excluded from scoring.
  • Source availability: SEC, stock news, analyst and market news data were all available; the company IR feed had no usable data. The earnings call date was separately verified by searching for the company announcement. No earnings call Q&A transcript was obtained, and no management answers are invented.
  • Source text and anomaly limits: direct web access to the SEC earnings exhibit returned 403, so the text uses the platform’s mechanical excerpts and SEC financial data; complete segment financials and a detailed breakdown of the unusual net income were not obtained.
  • Truncation: the main financials and model results show no truncation; insider transaction parsing is explicitly truncated and cannot be treated as a complete sample.
  • Historical valuation: share counts for 6 quarters come from Yahoo as a supplement, not from SEC filings; historical percentiles are not adjusted for filing lag and are not a strict point-in-time backtest.
  • Shareholding check: the platform’s holdings summary listed 13G percentages for different CUSIP classes as a change, but the underlying records belong to different share classes and cannot be read as an increase in the same class; this report does not use that change.
  • Sixth risk signal (major negative news): not triggered. The recent SEC list returned no high-severity 8-K; the company IR feed had no data; the litigation aggregation and law-firm notices found in this week’s search are not enough to show a negative event with a material impact on revenue, profit or operating qualifications. Product and spending news also did not change model scores.
